Usage Data: Pages viewed, When you navigate our website, we use tracking technologies to collect:
Device Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
Location Data: Approximate location derived from your IP address (e.g., city/country level).
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data for the following lawful purposes:
Service Delivery & Assessment: To analyze the business details you submit via our marketing tools and provide you with relevant strategic insights or proposals.
Product Improvement & Aggregation: To aggregate and anonymize data from our diagnostic tools to create benchmarks, improve our algorithms, and train our internal models. Once data is anonymized and aggregated, it is no longer considered Personal Data.
Communication: To respond to your inquiries and send administrative information.
Marketing: To send you industry insights, newsletters, or service offers. (Note: We only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in or if allowed by applicable B2B marketing laws.)
Analytics: To analyze website traffic and improve our user experience using Google Analytics.

Automation & AI Processing
We use automation platforms (such as Make.com to process form submissions and Generative AI Providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate personalized scorecards and insights.
Role: Kinesin Partners Inc. is the Controller; these providers are Processors.
Security: We ensure that data sent to AI providers is minimized. We do not use your Personal Data to train public-facing third-party AI models unless explicitly stated, though we may use anonymized inputs to refine our own prompts and outputs.
Google Forms & Workspace
We use Google Forms for our interactive marketing forms and Google Workspace for email and document storage.
Role: Kinesin Partners Inc. is the Controller of this data; Google is the Processor.
Security: Data is secured using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest on Google Cloud servers.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with our site.
Cookies: We operate on a "Strict Opt-In" basis. Google Analytics cookies will not be set on your device unless you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.
Privacy: We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses where possible to protect your privacy.
